Constantin Wulff was born in 1962. After studies at the Vienna Film Academy he worked as a journalist and filmmaker. In 1992 he co-founded Navigator Film in Vienna, Austria. From 1997 to 2003 he was co-director of the Diagonale – Festival of Austrian Film in Graz. Since 2003 he has been a board member of dok.at, the Austrian Documentary Film Association. Wulff has been working as a curator of numerous retrospectives of documentary films and as an advisor to international documentary film festivals. He is also a member of expert commissions for film subsidies. Wulff lives and works in Vienna.
